Auto Labels
Superhuman now automatically classifies every incoming message. We use the same system as the most effective executive assistants in the world. The categories include: things you need to respond to, things you're waiting on, meeting requests, marketing emails, and more.
We'll move marketing, cold pitches, and social network updates from Important to Other, so you can focus on what matters most.
Auto Archive
Superhuman can now automatically archive marketing, cold pitches, and social network updates. If you need to see them, you can always find them in their Auto Label. But otherwise, those emails skip your inbox.
We've found that this dramatically reduces that amount of email that hits your inbox. On my account alone, Superhuman automatically archives 100s of emails every single day!
Custom Auto Labels
Our built-in Auto Labels are great. But what's even better is making your own.
Just write a short prompt, like "job applications" or "requests to review work". You can now immediately see when people apply for a job, or ask you to review work.
Split Inbox & Auto Labels
You can then split your inbox using your own Auto Label. This will create a new tab inside your inbox, with only the messages that match your prompt.
Even if your inbox is overflowing, you can instantly focus on what matters, and get through emails of the same type, at the same time.

Auto Drafts
Superhuman will now automatically draft replies to emails that need you to follow up. We'll soon draft replies to every email that needs a response, using your calendar, previous emails, website, wiki, or any other set of documents that you connect.
Voice & Tone
Over the last year, we've found that the most common edits are for voice and tone. So we've given voice and tone a big upgrade.
We all talk differently to different people. With some, we're more formal and structured. With others, we're more casual and relaxed. We may even use specific words or phrases. And now, Superhuman knows the difference. We now adapt to your unique style for each person, using the tone, length, and structure from emails you've sent to those people before.

Auto Reminders
A really great assistant doesn't just organize your inbox. And they don't just write emails on your behalf. They also ensure that you never drop the ball.
Let's say you're sending a critical email. You could be closing a deal, delegating a task, or landing a meeting. But people are busy: you might not hear back.
So what do you do? You might set a reminder β for example, in 2 days. But you still have to remember to set the reminder, decide when it should come back, and write the follow-up.
Now, Superhuman does all of that for you!
If your email needs a response, Superhuman will set a reminder. And when the reminder comes back, Superhuman will write the follow-up.
With Auto Reminders, all you need to do is hit send. You'll never drop the ball again!
Auto Follow Up
But what if you didn't even need to hit send? What if Superhuman could actually send on your behalf?
That would completely liberate you from this conversation β and every other just like it!
Superhuman will soon be able to automatically send the follow-up, so you don't have to. Not only will you never drop the ball, you won't even have to touch it.
Workflows
We all get a lot of email that can be turned into repeatable, automated workflows. For example, I often get emails from people interested in working at Superhuman.
I would normally reply to the candidate and let them know that the team will take a look. I would then forward the original message β including any resume or letter β to our amazing Head of People & Operations, and ask her to reach out if interested.
With workflows, I can automate this entire process.
Not only does this save a huge amount of time, you don't even have to be in your inbox. In fact, you don't even have to be working. You could even be on vacation, while Superhuman AI is working for you!
