When we announced Superhuman as our new company name, we knew it signaled the start of a larger refounding moment.
Bringing together the teams and cultures of Grammarly, Coda, and Superhuman Mail gave us a sharper mission and a renewed sense of purpose. It also created a rare opportunity to redefine the core tenets of our company. To move forward with clarity, we needed a shared understanding of who we are now and what we are working toward together.

Defining our identity
We approached this work with intention, knowing that defining values means defining who we are at our core.
We began by listening across the company to explore what makes us distinct, what we want to preserve, and what we want to evolve. Conversations across teams, insights from leaders, and the perspectives of our newly combined organization helped us form a clear, honest picture of the culture we are building together.
