Personalization
To further personalize Auto Drafts, click Settings → Personalization. You can set preferences like "avoid scheduling on Wednesdays", "always use lowercase", or "always use this booking link for intro calls."
To add files and links that Auto Drafts can refer to, click Settings → Knowledge Base. You can even share this knowledge across your team, so everyone can move faster with messaging and answers that are grounded, accurate, and up to date.
Get started
To enable Auto Drafts, click Settings → Auto Drafts, and toggle Responses.
You'll start to see Auto Drafts on emails that need a reply. You'll also find them in your Drafts folder.
