With just one tap, Instant Event will create an event, complete with title, description, location, attendees — as well as the best date and time — all taken from your email. No more back and forth; no more copy and paste.

Find the perfect time for you and your team

If you’re scheduling with your team, Instant Event will look up their availability and find a great time when you’re all free. No more scanning through hours and days.

Ask AI to schedule for you

You can also use Instant Event from Ask AI. With this, Ask AI is no longer limited to answering questions; it can also act on your behalf by looking up availability, finding the perfect time, and creating calendar events.

To get started, just hit B or click Create event under an email. To open Ask AI, just hit ?. You’ll soon be scheduling at the speed of thought!
